INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR EMPLOYEE CANDIDATE PURPOSES
EPIMETHEUS PROCESS SOLUTIONS, S.L. is the Party Responsible for Processing (‘PRP’) of the personal data of the Data Subject and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Organic Law (ES) 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDDD) Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, for which you are provided with the following processing information:
Purpose of processing: to involve the data owner in the personnel selection processes, carrying out an analysis of the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the vacant position of the PRP.
Data retention criteria: data will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which the data will be deleted, guaranteeing total respect for confidentiality both in the processing and in its subsequent destruction. In this regard, after the aforementioned period, and if you wish to continue participating in the selection processes of the PRP, please send us your Curriculum Vitae again. If hired, the data will continue to be used.
Updating of data: in case of any change in your data, please inform us in writing as soon as possible, in order to keep your data updated.
Communication of data: data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.
Rights of the data owner:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and to limit or oppose its processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.
